Locked

Red roses lay across the white sheets,

She keeps her heart at bay because to be swayed;

Cannot be.

The warm breeze creeps through the window,

With ease she closes the door;

So there can be no more.

Dreams after dreams she wishes to be,

Free from the chains that lock her heart;

She hopes one day someone will find the key.
