The Intern Vol 2. by Brooke Cumberland – REVIEW

My cock noticed her before I did.
She came out of nowhere.
Completely unexpected.

And I let her in…unwillingly.
But she gave me no choice.
She sledgehammered my thick walls, leaving me charmed by her knowledge, and seduced by her beauty.

I was captivated.

And now…it was about to tumble down in a tsunami of lies.
Uncertainty riveted my core as my anger spread…she was impossible to forget.
After all, she was still my intern.

I felt all of those things for her at once. But only one would destroy us.

This series continues to leave me impressed and eager. I truly enjoyed Vol. 2. It starts where Vol. 1 left off and opens the doors wider into the characters. The deception, the emotions and the story never fade throughout.

Brooke has serious talent. The flow of writing did not let me put the book down. I read until I reached the final page. This series never leaves me not interested. I think the characters are great but the overall story? I can’t wait to learn the entire truth!

Ceci is a very complex character and its makes reading ten times more fun. You’re never quite sure what’s going to happen. The Intern makes me stop to think and question throughout. I like that touch to it because I feel more involved and connected to the story.

Great work, as always Brooke!
