Review: Reasonable Doubt #1 by Whitney G.

Review:

My, my, my…

Andrew is a smart mouthed lawyer with sophistication and a bit of mystery. I’m intrigued to know more about him and when I hit the last page, I honestly screamed and slapped my desk.

It was over and I wanted more. Aha.

I adored Alyssa and her drive to achieve her dreams. I love that she knew she made mistakes and her genuine desire to make amends. Her family life added to her character overall and I defiantly looked forward to getting to open up that can of worms more.

On a side note. The cover is gorgeous, the design seriously won me over and made me want to buy the book even more. Great choice Whitney!

I was fascinated by this story as quick as it went by. Whitney absolutely knows how to create a great book, pacing it with all the right themes and development.

This book didn’t just focus on the struggle between the heart and the mind with a relationship but also the characters themselves and their lives. I appreciated that and could relate to that aspect a lot as a reader. The little plots helped add more to this story and I’m going to die soon if I don’t go buy the rest of the series.

Blurb:

20761374My cock has an appetite.

A huge and very particular appetite: Blonde, curvy, and preferably not a fucking liar… (Although, that’s a story for another day.)

As a high profile lawyer, I don’t have time to waste on relationships, so I fulfill my needs by anonymously chatting and sleeping with women I meet online.

My rules are simple: One dinner. One night. No repeats.

This is only casual sex. Nothing more. Nothing less.

At least it was , until “Alyssa”…

She was supposed to be a 27 year old lawyer, a book hoarder, and completely unattractive. She was supposed to be someone I shared law advice with late at night, someone I could trust with details of my weekly escapades.

But then she came into my firm for an interviewโ€”a college-intern interview, and everything fucking changed…
